JSKTips Terms & Conditions — Rules, Rights & Responsibilities for All Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering, or using the JSKTips platform in any way — whether through the website, mobile browser, or any application associated with JSKTips — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use JSKTips.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and JSKTips. They apply to every interaction with the platform: browsing, registering an account, depositing PKR, placing bets, playing games, redeeming bonuses, and withdrawing funds.

JSKTips reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updates are communicated via the platform and take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of JSKTips after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and use a JSKTips account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a JSKTips employee.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period on JSKTips or any linked platform.
• You must not have had a JSKTips account previously closed for breach of these terms.
• Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using JSKTips in any capacity.

JSKTips may request proof of age, identity, and address from any account holder at any time. Accounts for which adequate verification cannot be provided are suspended pending resolution. JSKTips takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any lawful verification requests.

Each individual may hold only one active account on JSKTips. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts with forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering with JSKTips you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document, a working mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for the security of your JSKTips account login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. JSKTips will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify JSKTips support immediately via the live chat or WhatsApp channels. JSKTips will take prompt steps to secure the account, but bets or transactions completed before notification of a suspected compromise remain your responsibility unless evidence of platform-side fault is established.

All financial transactions on JSKTips are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept or process any foreign currency. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers to and from Pakistani bank accounts, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. There are no platform fees charged by JSKTips on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — JSKTips has no control over and takes no responsibility for those charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. JSKTips may request a matching withdrawal destination for security purposes. Withdrawals to third-party accounts not belonging to the verified account holder are not permitted.

Standard withdrawal processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash is under five minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. JSKTips aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete.

All bets and gaming sessions on JSKTips are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market or game type. General rules applicable across all JSKTips products are stated here; product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform.

A bet is confirmed only once JSKTips has accepted it and a confirmation reference has been issued to the player. Bets placed after the closure of a market — whether the closure results from an event starting, a technical issue, or a manual suspension by JSKTips — are void and stakes are returned.

JSKTips reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error has resulted in odds that do not reflect the true probability of the market outcome. Players who deliberately seek out or exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed and may be restricted or closed.

For live in-play betting, odds are subject to change at any moment. A bet at a given price is only confirmed at that price if the JSKTips system accepts it before the odds change. Delayed bets resulting from connectivity issues at the player's end are the player's responsibility.

All online casino and game outcomes on JSKTips — including fishing games, Aviator, card games, baccarat, and slot-type products — use certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG certification details are available from JSKTips support on request.

JSKTips offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, daily rewards, free bets, and tournament prize pools from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms — including eligible games, minimum stake requirements, wagering contribution rates, and expiry periods — which are published alongside the promotion when it is offered.

Bonus funds credited to your JSKTips account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable as real money. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on JSKTips range from 1× to 30× the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.

Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts or multiple devices is considered bonus abuse and is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JSKTips and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on JSKTips, or assisting another person to register an account in violation of these terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund or operate a JSKTips account without that person's explicit knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to manipulate game or sports event outcomes through collusion, inside information, or any form of match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical device to interact with JSKTips in a way not intended for human players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or exploit any JSKTips software, game engine, or odds algorithm.
• Engaging in money laundering or using JSKTips to transact with funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JSKTips staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting technical glitches, errors, or system failures to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from confirmed technical errors are void.

JSKTips reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve consecutive months may be closed after reasonable notice. Real-money balances in inactive accounts are held safely and returned upon request.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance derived from bonus activity or activity related to the breach is forfeited. Real-money deposits and winnings from legitimate activity prior to the breach are returned after deduction of any amounts owed to JSKTips.

Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended may contact JSKTips support to submit a formal review request. JSKTips aims to respond to all formal review requests within 5 business days.

JSKTips is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap in PKR. Changes to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. Betting and deposits are blocked during the cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your JSKTips account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

JSKTips staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and will reach out to players exhibiting such signs. The platform does not target responsible gaming communications at players who have activated limits or self-exclusion.

All content, software, code, design, graphics, trademarks, and game assets available on the JSKTips platform are the intellectual property of JSKTips or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any JSKTips intellectual property.

You may not scrape, copy, or republish odds data, game results, or any other content from the JSKTips platform without prior written permission. Automated collection of data from the platform — whether for personal or commercial use — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

The JSKTips brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered marks. Use of the JSKTips name or logo in any context not expressly authorised by JSKTips is prohibited.

JSKTips provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While JSKTips makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, the platform does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

JSKTips shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from interruption of service, technical failure, or network connectivity issues outside JSKTips's direct control.
• Losses resulting from delayed, failed, or incorrect odds data provided by third-party data feeds, where the error originates outside the JSKTips platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the JSKTips platform, even if JSKTips was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses resulting from a player's own failure to comply with these terms, including failure to secure account credentials.

Where JSKTips is found directly at fault, liability is limited to the verified real-money balance in the affected player's account at the time of the fault. JSKTips's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JSKTips collects and processes personal data strictly for the purposes of operating your account, processing PKR transactions, complying with identity verification obligations, and communicating platform updates and promotions with your consent. JSKTips does not sell personal data to third parties.

By registering with JSKTips you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the JSKTips Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The Privacy Policy contains full details of what data is collected, how it is stored, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

JSKTips uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account data is stored on secured servers with restricted access and continuous monitoring.

JSKTips reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly changes your rights or obligations as a JSKTips player — the platform will provide reasonable advance notice via email, in-platform notification, or both.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of a term, or updates to contact information — may be made without specific prior notification.

The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using JSKTips and close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them or your use of JSKTips, are governed by the terms of the platform's operating licence. In the event of a dispute between a player and JSKTips, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a formal complaint via the JSKTips support team through live chat or email at support@jsktips.ws. Include your account details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. JSKTips aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: A senior member of the JSKTips team will review the complaint and provide a formal written response within 5 business days. JSKTips may request additional information from the player during this review.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: If the internal review does not resolve the dispute to the player's satisfaction, JSKTips will provide a final written decision. This decision represents JSKTips's final position on the matter.

JSKTips's decisions on sports betting settlement, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final and are not subject to further appeal except where a clear factual error is demonstrated.
